This group starts November 11th at 11 am to 12:30 pm PT. The following meetings with be on the second Friday of each month.

There will be 4 total group sessions ($65 per group). Maximum of 6 people (need a minimum of 4 people to start the group)

YOU ARE OVERWHELMED
HAVE VICARIOUS TRAUMA
IT'S HARD TO BE VULNERABLE
HAVE NOT MADE TIME FOR YOURSELF AND ARE GETTING BURNT OUT
YOU FEEL ISOLATED AND DON'T KNOW WHO CAN UNDERSTAND WAHT YOU'VE BEEN THROUGH
YOUR OWN EXPERIENCE OF SUICIDAL THOUGHTS. ATTEMPTS, OR FAMILY HISTORY OF SUICIDE IS OVERWHELMING TO YOU
